The Cook Inlet Aquaculture Association employs Five full time staff at the Kenai office and Three full time staff at the Trail Lakes Hatchery.  Many times, especially during the summer months, part time and seasonal employment opportunities arise.  In addition, CIAA has begun an internship program for students interested in fisheries management, and natural resource careers.
